We are ready to party with you! Let it be your Birthday Party, Family Reunion, Wedding, Anniversary, Retirement or Bar/Bat Mitzvah we have you covered. Pricing for parties is $38 per person and it includes supplies, materials and staffing to pull it all off. Private parties at our studio has a minimum of 8 people and private parties at your location have a minimum of 15 people. There are additional option to be added to your party please see details below. To schedule your party date please fill in the order form below and pay your deposit and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the date.

Deposit will be credited toward the total amount due, and is fully refundable/transferable if the event is canceled or postponed (see details and restrictions below). UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, YOUR EVENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT.

All the added extras!

The DIY Dippin Station is where you can test the colors in a small tray and create designs to transfer to various items, such as:

  • Card Stock

  • Dom Chi Wooden Cutouts

  • Long Stemmed Faux Flowers

  • Wooden Picture Frames

  • Seashells

The cost for the DIY Dippin Station is $5 per person and this includes one item per person. We will bring plenty of each item.


*Do you want to marble something other than a hat? We can bring shoes, silk scarves, bandanas and bucket hats! Prices will need to be determined when scheduling.


Want to make the event even more memorable?

If this is a birthday or other special occasion, the group can create a very special hat decorated with their own handwritten notes and signatures. Once everyone has completed their hat and the event is nearing it's close the group will then work together to create a final design for the guest of honor. This amazing add on will add that last special surprise and memorable keep sake. The cost for this extraordinary add-on is just $45 (includes the hat and the permanent fabric pen). ​

** Deposit Policy: A deposit of $10 per guest, based on the anticipated minimum, is required to hold the date. This deposit is fully refundable if the event is canceled at least three weeks (21 days) prior to the date of the event. 50% of the deposit is refundable if canceled 14-20 days prior to the event. Deposit is non-refundable if event is canceled by you/your company less than 14 days prior to the event. In the event that Dom Chi Designs must cancel for any reason, any amount paid prior to cancellation will be fully refunded within three business days.
___ About 15 days prior to your event, we will contact you to get a count of the number of hats you anticipate your group will be doing. This number will be used to calculate our staffing and materials, and will be the minimum total due. The balance (after deducting your deposit) is due no less than 10 days prior to the event.
___ If the actual number of hats made at your event exceeds the minimum anticipated count, we will Charge you for the balance the day of the event. Cash, check, credit card and PayPal are all accepted.
